Arnab Pal is currently the President of Clean Infrastructure Advisors, where he consults for developers, trade associations, and advocacy groups in the clean energy sector both in California and nationally. He also serves as the CEO of Policy Pulse, an AI – regulatory technology company aimed towards helping energy companies navigate complex regulation and legislation within state legislatures and utility commissions. Arnab previously served as the principal advisor & consultant to Director Shah and the Loan Program Office at the US Department of Energy.
He was previously a senior staffer in the United States Senate where he helped negotiate key energy and climate provisions that led to the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act. In addition to his federal work, Arnab has developed and executed over $1B + decarbonization programs for the State of California with the Center for Sustainable Energy and has also served as a principal resource planner for San Diego Gas and Electric.
